Prosecutor submits new evidence against Evander Kane of Buffalo SabresBUFFALO, N.Y. -- Prosecutors continue building their case in alleging Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane was trespassing the night he is accused of harassing three women at a downtown Buffalo bar in June.Erie County assistant district attorney Lynette Reda on Friday submitted a deposition from a Buffalo police officer stating the bar had security staffing its entrance and exit the night Kane was arrested.In handing over the deposition to Judge Barbara Johnson-Lee, Reda said it supported the evidence of trespassing.
