BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The New York State Liquor Authority is investigating the bar incident involving Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane.The authority has reached out to the Buffalo Police Department for information.Police say Kane got into altercations with three women and one man outside Bottoms Up on June 24, grabbing each of them by the neck, arm or hair.
